In keeping with our vision to be the ‘best in class’ Engineering Company in the energy sector, we are inviting applications from suitably qualified candidates with a proven commitment to excellent Health, Safety, Environment and Quality standards to join our team in the following position: Position: Quality Co-ordinator Core Responsibilities - To work with the HSSE Co-ordinator to ensure compliance, sustain, update and revise the current HSSEQ system.
- To plan, co-ordinate and execute all quality related activities (external & internal) such as audits, meetings, training programs (with HR), information for tenders, etc.
- Responsible for the maintenance of the existing Quality System in accordance with the ISO 9001:2008 standard.
- In collaboration with the HSSE Co-ordinator to co-ordinate and supervise the activities of the HSSEQ team.
- To promote and develop quality awareness throughout the Company including recommendations for improvement.
- To maintain and update the following logs: Non-Conformance Observation Corrective/Preventative Action Customer Feedback Quality training completed and outstanding training reports Master List of Records Any other logs
- To work with the HSSE Co-ordinator to achieve ISO 14001 certification
Desired Qualifications, Experience and Skills - ISO 9001:2008 lead auditor / internal quality auditor
- Certification as an internal environmental auditor will be an asset
- Working knowledge of relevant legislations, regulations and codes of practice in T&T
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of the ISO 9001:2008 standard
- Minimum 3 yrs. Experience in a similar or related job function
