Reliability Assessment and Maintenance Bench Marking

Networking with client’s staff we examine current equipment management activities, rate existing practices against international best of class practices and recommend specific actions necessary to bring client methodologies in accordance with these best of class standards. The cost of the consequence of failure to comply is also realistically assessed in economic terms. This provides management with a metric against which to track and compare the success of the various recommended improvement activities as they are implemented.

Machinery Root Cause Failure Analysis and Trouble-Shooting

We provide a systematic approach to fault analysis and failure prevention for a broad range of process machinery including Gas and Steam Turbines, Pumps, Compressors and all associated mechanical systems. We offer training seminars, consultancies, reading materials and technical advice.

Education, Knowledge Building & Skills Training

Utilizing the agency of TOSL’s Centre for Professional Development we present to industrial clientele, a comprehensive series of seminars and short courses spanning the entire range of asset management from reliability system improvements and best practice methodologies to application specific training in Predictive Maintenance/Condition Monitoring, Alignment and Balancing, Mechanical System Components (bearings, seals, couplings and maintenance of all process machinery (pumps, turbines, motors, compressors, etc.).
