TOSL ENGINEERING LIMITED provides a comprehensive range of Predictive Maintenance (PdM)/ Condition Monitoring equipment and services. We also implement PdM Programs for our clients and supply all technical support and training. In cases where our clients wish to outsource, we provide the services for them. Areas of PdM sales, services and training include:

VIBRATION ANALYSIS

TOSL has on staff certified Vibration Analysts dedicated to the equipment sales and services of this technology. We offer vibration PdM service on a contract basis, provide consultancies and also sell the relevant equipment. This is done in conjunction with our alliance partner LUDECA INC. Vibration Monitoring and Analysis is the most utilized form of PdM in Rotating Equipment such as pumps, turbines, motors, gearboxes, fans and compressors.

INFRARED THERMOGRAPHY

TOSL has on staff certified Infrared Thermographers dedicated to sales and services of this technology. TOSL offers this service on a contract basis, consultancy or sales of equipment. In conjunction with our alliance partners FLIR SYSTEMS, INC. and QHi-Infrared we are able to offer this technology to you. Infrared Thermography is a useful PdM technology for inspection of rotating equipment, refractory vessels and electrical systems.

FERROGRAPHIC AND LUBE OIL CONDITION MONITORING & ANALYSIS

Through our strategic alliance partner PREDICT, we offer a comprehensive package for Lube Oil Monitoring and Analysis. This includes Used Oil Analysis and Wear Particle Analysis (Ferrography). The latter technology is especially useful for identification of the mechanisms of wear in rotating equipment.

AIRBORNE ULTRASOUND

TOSL has on staff certified Airborne Ultrasound Inspectors dedicated to sales and services of this technology. TOSL offers this service on a contract basis, consultancy or sales of equipment. Our strategic alliance partner for this is UE SYSTEMS, INC. Airborne Ultrasound is particularly useful for bearing and steam trap inspections, valve leaks, pressure vessels, piping leaks, electrical arcing, tracking and corona detection.

ELECTRICAL SIGNATURE ANALYSIS

TOSL has on staff certified ESA Analysts dedicated to sales and services of this technology. TOSL offers this service on a contract basis, consultancy or sales of equipment. Electrical Signature Analysis is an exceptionally successful technology, which is used for Predictive Maintenance of motors. It provides excellent detection of rotor bar deterioration, rotor eccentricity, stator phase imbalance, motor speed and slip, gear and belt imperfections, average running current (an indicator of motor torque), stroke time on assemblies, friction forces, torsional vibration and dynamic loading. Our alliance partner for this technology is FRAMATOME ANP

LASER ALIGNMENT

In conjunction with our alliance partner LUDECA INC., we provide state-of-the-art precision Laser Alignment Measuring Systems. Utilizing the Rotalign Pro (which is considered the world’s most advanced Laser Alignment Measuring System) and the Optalign Series, we offer both alignment services and sales of this line of equipment. We also provide full technical support, laser alignment training, accessories and software necessary for effective implementation of a PdM alignment program.

COMPRESSOR AND ENGINE MONITORING AND ANALYSIS

State-of-the-art Compressor and Engine Monitoring and Analysis equipment and services is offered by TOSL in conjunction with our strategic alliance partners. This technology is especially useful for monitoring all aspects of reciprocating compressor and diesel engine performance and forms an essential component of a predictive maintenance program for this major process equipment.
